I haven’t had a bite of chocolate since a month! Actually chocolate has never been my problem, I’m more of a gummibears type, but I thought I’d try not eating it for a while. Apparently 21 days can change a habit, so I thought I’d give it a try. And I certainly wanted to try my discipline about food again, because I kinda felt I lost it ![]()
So whenever I wanted chocolate I ate fruit or a yoghurt instead. There were two really difficult days where I rid the fridge of half its fruit and veggie population. In those two days I really thought the whole thing is useless, because I stuff myself with tons of healthy stuff instead of just eating a tiny bit of chocolate, but well I kept going~ and now I don’t really crave chocolate anymore, so call it a success ![]()
However lately I developed the habit of eating to much ice cream
damn you summer!
Oh, and I started to write down what I eat. It doesn’t stop me from eating, but it definitely makes you see the days you eat like nine people.
I want to do some sports, too, but I don’t want to do it alone, so that leaves me with nothing because I have no one who’d join me
Basically that leaves indoor cycling, which I find semi-boring.
Well, I’ll do passiv sports today by watching the Poland-Germany game tonight. Root for us ![]()

its actually making my stomach hurt right now.
i should try not eating chocolate.
and yay i don’t like icecream! haha.
i like candy way too much, so it makes up for it though. ha

Haha, I love gummibears but I love chocolate too. Right now at home we have two blocks of chocolate and chocolate muffins
I gave up softdrink for Lent and that was hard so i think giving up chocolate would kill me

Congrats on the not eating chocolate. I tend to not eat that much chocolate — never have been a choco lover.

Wow, it’s amazing how you are able to not eat chocolate for so long! Haha, I’m def. a chocolate person XD Gummibears are good but nothing can beat dark chocolate (it’s also good for you if you eat in moderation)

I haven’t had anything sweet for months and months….it was hard for me….but I just had to learn how to beat the craving….after a while it becomes easy! Now I don’t even think about it~~
I hope you find somebody to play sports with…it’s the best when you have someone along with you~
