High Fidelity - Nick Hornby
Be with you - Takuji Ichikawa
I don’t really have one favorite book. Not yet anyway. I only recently started to read again thanks to the train rides home and there are still so many books I want to read, but those are two books I like a lot.
High Fidelity is a way better book than a movie. There is a lot more insight on what’s going on in Robs head, since it’s written from his point of view. I really liked it a lot, actually after this one I started buying books again.
Be with you / いま、会いにゆきます is just beautiful. I know it was made into a drama series and a movie, but I haven’t seen either. The book is also written a little different, I think simple fits it very well. The story is really moving, it can stand on it’s own, so there is no need for fancy speech.
