Yesterday when I told my sister I wanted to buy a manga she looked at me like a was an alien
I wonder if she thought I had grown out of manga and anime. Well, it’s not like she is bothered by it or something, so don’t get the wrong idea, it just felt weird. Actually I think it felt like the one time when she told someone the was reading manga and that person was all “eeeeeh??? seriously??????????”.
Well, whatever, it’s just that I recently watched Rebuild of Evangelion: 1.0 YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE and it felt kinda nostalgic. I mean, I used to be a walking NGE encyclopedia. Apparantly I still am
This series is just way too awesome, the story, the characters and definitely the huge room of interpretation. In most cases it annoys me that parts of the story are not set in stone, but I find all the speculations about NGE extremely interesting ![]()
Oh, and the mental condition of the characters, all their traumas and stuff. Take Shinji, major depression that is only one inch away from turning into a real psychosis and he has strong social deficits, or Asuka with a probable borderline personality, and so on and so on~
yes my dear friends, teenage Nicola had a very strong grip on the series

anyway~ got new headphones for my iPod and the last volume of Yellow ![]()
